The recently redeveloped RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort sits on the pristine shores of Coral Bay, a gateway to the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Marine Park. Featuring 90 modern units, a resort-style pool, ocean-view dining, a contemporary clubhouse, and sustainable features like solar power and EV charging, it offers an unparalleled coastal experience.

Ahead of our grand reopening in mid-2026, we're looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused full-time & casual Front Office Attendants to be the first point of contact for our members and guests.

In this role, you'll welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional customer service at every step of their stay. Working closely with the Front Office Manager and wider resort team, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Greet and welcome all guests on arrival, providing a friendly first impression.

  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.

  • Answer enquiries and assist with bookings for accommodation, dining, and activities.

  • Handle phone calls, messages, and guest requests with professionalism.

  • Provide information on resort services, local attractions, and special events.

  • Assist with payments and cashiering duties including EFTPOS, credit card, and cash.

  • Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and support smooth day-to-day operations.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or guest services desirable.

  • Strong communication and guest relations skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work effectively in a busy environment.

  • Knowledge of reservations systems or similar technology an advantage.

  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
