Hubspot Revenue Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate HubSpot specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing, optimising, and scaling our HubSpot ecosystem across marketing, sales, and operations. You'll ensure the platform functions as a powerful engine for growth, data integrity, and process efficiency — acting as the go-to expert for everything HubSpot, from architecting complex workflows to leveraging the latest AI capabilities to give us a competitive edge.
You'll play a central role in optimising and aligning the marketing, sales, and customer success functions within the HubSpot CRM ecosystem. Your work will help ensure revenue-generating teams operate efficiently by maintaining data integrity, improving processes, and enabling automation across the customer lifecycle.
Description
What You'll Do
CRM Administration: Own and manage the HubSpot CRM to maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and completeness. Oversee custom properties, objects, lifecycle stages, workflows, and permissions to support business operations.
Sales Hub Optimisation: Build and refine sales pipelines, forecast models, and automated sequences. Create workflows to streamline lead rotation, deal management, and reporting for the sales team.
Marketing & Operations Automation: Design and implement sophisticated workflows for lead nurturing, internal notifications, and system integrations. Support email campaigns and content distribution to customers and prospects.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into KPIs for marketing, sales, and leadership. Deliver data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
System Innovation: Stay ahead of HubSpot's evolving feature set — especially new AI tools — and proactively identify opportunities to enhance productivity and performance.
Enablement & Support: Train and support sales and marketing teams, ensuring effective adoption of HubSpot features and processes.
Content Atomisation: Leverage HubSpot CMS tools to efficiently distribute and track content, campaigns, and engagement metrics.
Skills And Experiences
What We're Looking For
4+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot in a B2B environment
Strong expertise across HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub
Deep understanding of HubSpot architecture — including custom objects, data flows, and contact management
Proven ability to build complex reports and dashboards that translate data into actionable insights
A genuine passion for clean, efficient systems and operational excellence
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Basic understanding of HubSpot CMS for minor web updates
Desired Skills
HubSpot certifications (e.g. HubSpot Admin, Sales Hub, RevOps)
Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms via APIs
Exposure to SaaS or technology-driven business models
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for customising email templates or landing pages
