Combined Property Settlements (CPS), part of the Summit Group, has been delivering exceptional property settlement services since 1983. We're known for professionalism, personalised service, and a supportive team culture – and now we're looking for a new team member to join our growing property settlements team.

This role is flexible – part-time, full-time, or school hours, perfect for someone starting out in conveyancing or an experienced licensed conveyancer looking for a fresh opportunity.

About the role

As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of smooth, efficient property settlements, including:

  • Conducting Landgate property searches and opening new sales files.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and managing settlement documents.
  • Managing settlements through PEXA and balancing files for settlement.
  • Handling rates adjustments and liaising with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Learning and developing your skills (if not yet licensed) with support from our experienced team, with a pathway to becoming a licensed conveyancer.

You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your attention to detail, organisation, and drive will make a real impact.

  • You're organised, proactive, and love ticking tasks off your list.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills come naturally to you.
  • If you're a licensed conveyancer, you're ready for a supportive, fresh opportunity to apply your expertise.
  • If you're not yet licensed, you're ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in property settlements.
  • Experience in conveyancing, real estate, administration, or legal support is a bonus, but what matters most is your attitude and willingness to grow.
