At Carnaby Settlements, we make the property settlement process simple, stress-free and personal. From first homes to farm blocks and even business acquisitions, we've got a growing client base across Perth Metro and Rural WA – and we're looking for another experienced Conveyancer / Settlement Agent to join our team.

The Role

You'll be handling your own files from start to finish, working across a mix of residential, strata, rural and commercial settlements. We use PEXA daily, deal with agents, brokers, banks, and clients directly, and keep the process running smoothly for everyone involved.

About You

We'd love someone who is:

  • Experienced in conveyancing (2+ years ideally)
  • Confident with REIWA contracts, Landgate, PEXA and the usual platforms
  • Great with people – clear communicator and client-focused
  • Super organised with an eye for detail
  • A team player who's also happy to work independently
