Are you an organised administrator with a background in hospitality/catering and staffing management.

Our client is seeking an experienced hospitality professional looking to transition into an office-based role while remaining closely connected to day to day operations.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Manager to oversee a team of passionate hospitality professionals and managing the staffing needs of a thriving catering business.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with Managers and other key staff to ensure seamless operational activities
  • Manage staff rosters - matching staff suitability and availability to shifts across a range of the group's venues & major events
  • Manage high volume incoming calls and administration
  • Managing staff recruitment, inductions and training
  • Ensuring all staff members are compliant to be able to work
  • Flexible rostering arrangements Monday - Sunday

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Is a true all-rounder who is able to be hands-on and prioritise tasks
  • Has a background in hospitality management
  • Has exceptional communication skills and administrative skills
  • Previous experience with a hotel RMS or Data base is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to the highest levels of customer service
  • The ability to manage your time effectively whilst often competing with rapidly changing priorities whilst ensuring quality outcomes
  • Has the ability to build rapport with team members and lead from the front
