This is a Permanent - Full Time position within the CCS Operations department, presenting a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our organisation's success. Join us in our mission to provide excellence and make a significant impact in the catering and facilities management sector.

The Role

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint 4 Permanent Administration role at our new contract site where Canberra, Wagga Wagga , Dubbo and surrounding suburbs are the Point of Hire,NSWfor this position.

Roster:Working 14 days ON 7 days OFF |  07:

What This Role Involves

  • Responsible for site related administration paper work, data entry and reporting as per Cater Care and client procedures within stipulated time frames
  • Manning the front reception area for visitors arrival
  • Visitor Check In & Out as per Client and Cater Care procedures
  • Answering and directing telephone enquiries
  • Incoming and Outgoing mail
  • General Office Duties
  • Assist the broader team as required

Ideal Candidate would need to have:

  • 1 Consecutive year + of experience in an administration or receptionist role
  • 1 - 2 yrs exp Guest Reservations Administrator, Guest Services Administration or Accommodation Management (Reservations and Administration)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong and clear communication abilities (verbal and written)
  • All front office reception duties – meeting & greeting customers, answering telephone and distributing mail/deliveries
  • A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
  • A motivated, enthusiastic and positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
  • Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm is key to this role
  • Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
  • Drivers License (Auto or Man)
  • RSA  preferable and White Card is a must
  • Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
