About the Role

Delpro Technical Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Field Service Technician to join our growing Brisbane team. This hands on role involves servicing a range of I.T, networking, payment and audiovisual equipment at customer sites across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build technical field experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform basic on-site diagnostics, installations and repairs on:

  • POS and payment systems

  • Networking and communications equipment

  • Audiovisual devices

  • Maintain accurate service notes and reports

  • Travel to customer sites across Brisbane and regional areas as required

  • Uphold Delpro's commitment to professional, high-quality service

  • Work flexibly according to rostering needs, including occasional long distance travel

What You'll Need

  • No previous experience required; however experience in either POS/payment systems, networking or audiovisual equipment is advantageous

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)

  • Comfortable driving long distances when required

  • Police Check or willingness to obtain one

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills

  • Professional presentation and customer focused attitude
