We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Officer (Sales & Support) position to join a CUSTOM PRINT services manufacturing company, based in Rowville.

This is a great opportunity if you love providing exceptional customer service support which directly impacts business growth. Experience in Sales is simply a bonus, but full training is provided.

You MUST:

  • Have experience in Sales or Customer Service.
  • Have strong communication skills (verbal & written) and also problem-solving
  • Have good sound computer skills (Basic - Intermediate)
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Follow Core Team Values: Teamwork, Professional, Trust, Customer Focus and Accountable. Although skills and experience are crucial, more weight is given to these core values.

About the Role:
- Assist with inquiries (Online & phone/email etc...) resolve issues and maintain accurate records.
- Working with a small team (very supportive & regular cross training)
- Site Office based position - Full time.
- Meeting customer needs in our Print team with a solution-driven approach.

Working hours: 08:30 to 17:00 (4 days per week) and 1 shorter day of 6 hours, to be discussed at interview with successful candidate. Total = 38 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
