About the role

As a
Customer Experience Officer
, you'll be the go-to person for customers and Area Managers, handling orders, enquiries, pricing, and product information. You'll make sure customers get quick, accurate answers and that everything runs smoothly from order to delivery. You'll also work closely with internal teams purchasing, warehouse, and accounts to keep things moving and build positive relationships across the business.
