About the Role

As our Admin - Logistics staff member, you'll play a central part in ensuring our customers receive their products on time, in full, and with care. You'll oversee daily delivery schedules, plan efficient routes, liaise with drivers and warehouse staff, and communicate directly with customers to ensure every delivery experience reflects Medimart's values of Honesty, Enthusiasm, Accountability and Respect.

This is a hands-on coordination role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and a skill for juggling priorities while maintaining calm professionalism.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries with precision and care
  • Plan and optimize driver routes for maximum efficiency
  • Liaise with sales admin, warehouse, customer service and logistics teams to ensure seamless order flow
  • Monitor deliveries and respond quickly to any changes or delays
  • Keep customers informed and supported throughout the delivery process
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and performance reports
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
