About the Role

As our Centre Manager, you'll lead with passion, purpose, and professionalism. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and create a safe, nurturing environment where both children and educators can flourish.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a high-performing team of educators
  • Managing centre operations, budgets, and schedules efficiently
  • Driving compliance and leading the Assessment & Rating process with confidence
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with families and the community
  • Supporting and mentoring educators to achieve excellence
  • Championing quality educational programs that foster growth and curiosity

What You Bring

We're looking for a natural leader who embodies warmth, excellence, and resilience.

You will have:

  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Centre Director or similar leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team
  • Strong relationship-building skills with families, staff, and the community
  • A genuine love for Early Childhood Education and a drive to make a lasting impact
