We are seeking energetic and highly skilled Certificate III & Diploma qualified educators to join our passionate team at our Grow Early Education Park Ridge centre

You will be provided with professional development opportunities, a supportive Management team, and the opportunity to grow within our company

About your new role:

  • Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in leading a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
  • You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.
  • Work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
  • Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
  • Contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.

About you:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma qualification in ECEC or Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
  • Experience in an early childhood setting.
  • A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
  • Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
  • The ability to observe and record children's learning and contribute to their educational portfolios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
