Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations Follow-up: Manage routine operational tasks, create and analyze reports, and provide various performance metrics to support business units. Assist in regular meetings with business units and key clients.
  • Operational Efficiency Management: Handle budget control, profit and loss analysis, and operational execution and optimization.
  • Service Provider Management: Oversee the quality of customs clearance and delivery service providers, monitor and record issues, and conduct assessments to make data-driven adjustments and allocations.
  • Comprehensive Operations Management: Track operational effectiveness, coordinate interdepartmental communications, manage timelines, and ensure warehouse operations follow standard procedures.
  • Product Development and Optimization: Improve logistics and transportation products according to business growth needs and collaborate with suppliers on development.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends and competitor capabilities to provide timely adjustments and integrated solutions for business units.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of supply chain experience preferred. Background in the courier industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in e-commerce or logistics, with strong logical thinking skills and the ability to break down complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Proactive, adaptable to change, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong data analysis skills.
  • Have rights to work in Australia.
