About the Role

We're expanding our on-the-ground team across Greater Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula, and the Geelong corridor. This full-time role is hands-on: you'll restore flood- and storm-affected properties, remediate mould, control odours, and support detailed cleaning. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, backed by proven systems and strong head-office support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to water/flood events and support drying & mould remediation
  • Operate and maintain specialised restoration equipment (training provided)
  • Follow IICRC-aligned procedures and maintain accurate job records
  • Work safely with PPE and uphold WHS standards
  • Participate in a rotating after-hours/on-call roster (plenty of overtime available)
  • Deliver compassionate, professional service to clients during challenging times
What We're Looking For
  • Motivated, reliable, and physically fit team player
  • Valid driver's licence (essential); White Card preferred (or willing to obtain)
  • Police check (or willingness to obtain)
  • IICRC certification or industry experience is a bonus, but not essential — we'll train the right person
