About the Role
We are seeking an experienced adminteam member to work in our 'Relationships & Centre Support' team offering business operations support. Joining a team of two administration staff, you will be responsible for handling customer service enquiries, and supporting parents and families with essential administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond professionally to parent and family enquiries.
- Ensure accuracy in administrative processes, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Coordinate internal and external communication, managing general office administration.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in administration and customer service, preferably in the education or childcare sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with childcare management software (desirable).
