We are seeking reliable and motivated Customer Service Administrators to join our Service Administration team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling customer enquiries and service requests over the phone and via email
  • Preparing and following up on quotations
  • Processing customer orders accurately
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer records and service documentation
  • Working closely with the Service Management team to ensure customer needs are met

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
  • Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • A reliable and organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred)
  • Someone who is dependable, mature-minded, and seeking long-term stability
