D.O.C Group is, and has been, a Lygon Street institution since 1997. We have grown to a 7 Venue company across Carlton, Southbank, St.Kilda and Mornington in Victoria and Surry Hills in Sydney. We're expanding our group and looking for great new additions to our team to continue our growth. About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspiring & Leading: Guide, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service that makes every guest feel like family.

• Supporting & Training: Engage in ongoing training and development, helping your team grow in their roles and careers.

• Committing to quality without compromise: You know that great leadership goes hand in hand with great standards – and you're committed to ensuring every guest experience reflects the best of our products and service.

• Elevating service standards: Work closely with the team to ensure that every guest experience reflects the highest standards of hospitality.

• Creating a Vibrant Atmosphere: Contribute to team morale by fostering a positive, high-energy work environment.

• Collaborating closely with the kitchen team and fellow managers to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.

• Upholding Excellence: Maintain quality in all aspects of the business, from

customer service to hygiene and efficiency.

• Enhancing the Guest Experience: Take on responsibilities such as hosting,

managing sections, handling large bookings, and coordinating service flow.

• Driving Sales & Efficiency: Collaborate with the team to optimise operations,

control costs, and drive revenue while ensuring an outstanding experience for

guests.

• Contributing to Our Mission: Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to our vision of authentic Italian hospitality and community-driven dining experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
