About the Role:

As Restaurant Manager, you'll work alongside the Head Chef and Directors to ensure smooth daily operations while nurturing our vibrant team culture. You'll have the chance to truly shape the customer experience, contribute ideas, and take ownership of front-of-house leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Upholding and enhancing our high standard of customer service
  • Managing FOH operations, stock control & ordering
  • Recruiting, training & mentoring staff
  • Creating efficient weekly rosters (we're open 7 days)
  • Supporting with cost control & venue efficiency
  • Ensuring workplace health & safety compliance

  • Weekend availability
  • A cool head in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Leadership skills with a hands-on attitude
  • Specialty coffee experience a big plus
