**About the opportunity**

The venue is known for Weddings, Events and one of the Peninsula's most respected Restaurants.

Over the years the team have worked tirelessly to design and execute creative yet simple dishes, showcasing the best of the Peninsula's ingredients in a beautiful environment.

Traveller's of all sorts come and go, from corporate groups visiting for the week, to local residents popping in for a wine with friends, to the venue being flipped in to a stunning wedding venue.

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will know how to support senior leaders whilst guiding front of house staff in across a 80 seater restaurant that is busy most days of the week.
