Sales Operations Manager

Domaine Wine Shippers is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to lead our national sales support function. Based in Melbourne, this full-time role is pivotal in enhancing sales effectiveness through streamlined processes, data-driven insights, and strategic enablement.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll manage a team of four Sales Support Coordinators and oversee CRM optimisation, sales reporting (Power BI), pricing frameworks, and trade tools. You'll also play a key role in onboarding new sales team members and supporting the execution of national sales strategies.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Support from within the Australian wine industry. You'll bring strong analytical skills, CRM and Power BI proficiency, and a passion for continuous improvement. Leadership experience and a collaborative mindset are essential.
