Part-Time Real Estate Marketing Assistant / PA to Director

Location: Hawthorn East

Hours: Part-time, Mon, Tue, Wed- 9-5pm

We're a friendly, boutique real estate team looking for a motivated and organised Marketing Assistant / Personal Assistant to the Director.

If you love real estate, enjoy creative marketing, and take pride in attention to detail, this role offers the perfect balance of variety, responsibility, and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Director with daily tasks, client coordination, and scheduling
  • Assist with property marketing – from organising photography and copywriting to launching online listings and social media posts
  • Create engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Prepare property brochures, listing kits, and digital marketing materials
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and photographers to ensure smooth campaign rollouts
  • Driver's licence preferred for client coordination and supplier liaison duties
  • Keep our CRM and marketing databases up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Confidence using Canva, social media, and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Canva to create custom designs for marketing materials
  • Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or admin (preferred but not essential)
  • Someone who enjoys working in a small, supportive team
  • Australian work rights required
