So, what's the role?
We're looking for a Head of Marketing & Communications to lead our marketing, brand, and communication strategy. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape how Bank First shows up to Members, the market, and the community.

This isn't just about marketing campaigns, it's about standing with our Members, championing their voice, and advocating for the issues that matter most to them.

You'll oversee everything from brand positioning and integrated marketing campaigns through to digital strategy, media relations, reputational management and internal communications. With a strong commercial mindset, you'll bring creativity and innovation to the way we connect with our Members and the broader community. Leading a talented Marketing & Communications team, you'll also foster a high-performance culture where collaboration, creativity, and accountability thrive.

In a Typical Day, You Will

• Lead the development and delivery of Bank First's Marketing & Communications strategy.
• Manage the Bank's brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Strengthen brand positioning and Member advocacy to enhance market presence.
• Oversee marketing programs spanning product campaigns, sponsorships, events, and advertising.
• Drive innovation in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and personalised campaigns.
• Lead external communications, media relations, and reputational risk management.
• Deliver insights through market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies.
• Mentor, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding results.

About You
You'll be an experienced marketing leader with expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns, ideally gained in financial services or another regulated industry. A strategic thinker, you'll combine creativity with commercial acumen and have the leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
