Position Overview
:

We have 1-2 exciting opportunities available for motivated, results-driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. We're looking for individuals with a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the commercial property market, and exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and listing together with supporting sales listings from the Rent Roll.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and properties.
  • Conduct property inspections, negotiate deals and facilitate transactions to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, property values and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, administration, leasing and property management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, market conditions and legal requirements affecting commercial real estate sales.
