Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support the effective management of organisational assets and Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices. This role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing our Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and continuous improvement across operations. Remote opportunity open to West Australian based candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management Support

o Assist in maintaining accurate asset registers and documentation.

o Coordinate asset lifecycle activities including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.

o Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support asset-related processes.

  • Work Health and Safety (WHS) Administration

o Support WHS initiatives, including incident reporting, risk assessments, and safety audits.

o Maintain WHS records and ensure timely updates in line with legislative and organisational requirements.

o Assist in the coordination of WHS training and compliance activities.

  • Integrated Management System (IMS) Maintenance

o Administer and update IMS documentation to ensure alignment with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO

o Support internal audits and corrective action tracking.

o Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of IMS processes.

  • General Administration

o Provide administrative support to the Assets and WHS teams.

o Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and minutes as required.

o Assist with data entry, filing, and document control.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within asset management or WHS.

  • Previous experience within Indigenous organisations highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with ISO standards and Integrated Management Systems is preferred.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
