The Homesmith Group are a small company using the best available end to end construction software ensuring all information is available to all users - from Drafting, Admin and Accounts through to Supervisors and Subbies alike, ensuring seamless processes and clarity of plans. We have highly experienced staff in all facets of the business and ensure we only use quality trades on site, providing a Home for our Clients that is built to strict quality standards in a timely manner. As a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, we now seek an organised, detail orientated and positive person to join our small team. Excellent office facilities in the leafy suburb of Applecross, undercover office parking included.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with Wholesale Sales team and external Channel partners

  • Work directly with a highly experienced Internal Drafting, Design, Estimating & Construction team

  • Prepare Building Contracts and supporting documentation

  • Co-ordinate Developer, Local Shire and Water approval submissions

  • Liaising with external brokers for Finance approvals & claims processing

  • Providing Clients with updates during the Construction stages

  • Maintain Tile/Colour selection boards for Investment homes

Attributes required:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • An eye for detail

  • Meticulous organisational skills

  • Maintain system and processes, using Truth Engine's end to end software

  • Most importantly, ability to work within a small supportive team and work to a common goal

  • We will provide all training and support, as well as a flexible work environment / hours to ensure success for the right applicant
