ABOUT YOU
- You will be a motivated and self driven Client Services Administrator with experience in a medium to large Accounting Practice.
- Prior experience using the ATO Portal, ASIC Regulatory Portal, Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are a good communicator You have excellent written skills, attention to detail and ability to converse with your work mates and clients.
- You enjoy working to deadlines.
CORE DUTIES
- Maintenance of the Xero and MYOB AE client data base.
- Using the ATO Portal for lodgements and queries.
- Liaising with the accountants, clients and ATO.
- Working in the CSA pool for regular tasks and following directions from Directors as required.
- Typing letters, reports and preparing finals as required.
- Billing and invoice preparation.
