 What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and rostering a team of Bar Attendants with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of fun
  • Passionately training your team for success and always looking for career development opportunities for your team
  • Driving sales and smashing targets while keeping the good times flowing
  • Creating epic experiences for our social and corporate guests
  • Setting the gold standard in service and inspiring your team to do the same, contributing to the stand-out hospitality we provide
  • Partnering with the Venue Manager to make magic happen, every single shift

 Who You Are

  • Prior bar and leadership experience is a must
  • Equipped with an RSA (or ready to get one)
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • A sales-savvy operator who knows how to turn good nights into great ones
  • A people person who builds strong relationships and unforgettable moments
  • A service superstar who leads by example and lifts others up
