Our client is seeking a commercial lawyer to work in its expanding Brisbane-based legal team.

The successful candidate will support a senior counsel and the GC on a range of primarily commercial law related matters including drafting and negotiating contacts, advising on confidentiality agreements, procurement, IT and IP, and FOI matters. You'll also assist in creating precedents and developing best practice standards as well. This is a full service commercial law position based in Brisbane, where both the GC and a senior counsel are also based, however you will also support other national offices.

This position is offered on a full-time hybrid working basis.
