Are you looking to take the next step in your litigation career with a respected national firm? We're currently partnering with a leading practice in Brisbane that is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their high-performing team.

About the Role:

You'll be part of a well-established disputes team working on a wide variety of complex and high-value matters. The work is intellectually engaging and includes:

  • Contractual and commercial disputes
  • Property and leasing disputes
  • Corporations Act and insolvency matters
  • Regulatory investigations and administrative law
  • Information technology and intellectual property disputes
  • Insolvency and recoveries

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers who are leaders in their field. You'll receive strong mentorship and have a clear development pathway, with access to national resources and top-tier clients.

What We're Looking For:

We're keen to speak with lawyers with:

  • 2–5 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
  • Strong drafting and advisory skills
  • An interest in growing your expertise across a broad range of dispute types
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to client service
