Mid-Tier National Firm - Open to lawyers with at least 2 years PAE

What You'll Do:

As part of a large national team, you'll act for state and federal government clients on a wide range of matters, including:

  • Commonwealth government and public sector litigation
  • Regulatory investigations and disputes
  • Administrative law and judicial review
  • Procurement law disputes
  • Confidentiality, privacy, and information-sharing issues
  • Civil penalty proceedings
  • Property disputes
  • Commissions of Inquiry and Royal Commissions
  • Human rights matters
