- Provide regular updates and reports on project statuses, workloads, and performance improvements
- Partner with marketing leaders to manage resource capacity and demand planning
What You Will Bring

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (preferred) or other marketing work management tools
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution processes
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Confidence in leading change, driving adoption, and aligning diverse teams
- Ability to assess and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency
- Comfort working in high-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and creative briefing processes
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
