We're looking for an AML/CTF Analyst to join our Financial Crimes team and help protect our clients and members from financial crime risks.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in investigative work, enjoys working with data and screening tools, and is passionate about making a real impact in financial crime prevention.

In this role, you'll:

  • Conduct PEP, Sanction & Adverse Media screening using Accuity and other third-party software
  • Perform in-depth due diligence, source of wealth/funds reviews, and network analysis
  • Review and assess AML alerts and case files, identifying false positives and potential matches
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly AML/CTF and transaction monitoring reports
  • Support client engagement and investigations, providing guidance on AML/CTF processes
  • Champion financial crime protection through onboarding presentations and team training
  • Collaborate across teams to implement service excellence initiatives and improve fraud mitigation

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience using Accuity or similar screening software (6+ months desirable)
  • Strong understanding of AML/CTF legislation in financial services
  • At least 2 years' experience in an AML/CTF or financial crime environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with confidence in decision-making
  • Solid Excel skills and experience in high-volume reporting or administrative environments
