We're looking for a strategic and technically savvy Reporting & Insights Lead to join our Operational Resilience team. This role is pivotal in shaping how we deliver insights and reporting aligned to CPS 230 and broader resilience metrics. You'll lead the development of frameworks, mentor analysts, and collaborate across the business to drive data-informed decision-making.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead the design and delivery of reporting frameworks and dashboards that support CPS 230 and operational resilience strategies
- Provide technical leadership in data analytics, ensuring reporting outputs are accurate, insightful, and aligned with regulatory and business needs
- Champion data governance and reporting best practices across the function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights
- Drive automation and efficiency using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL
- Mentor reporting analysts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and performance
- Represent Operational Resilience in data and reporting forums, ensuring alignment across the three lines of defence
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in reporting, analytics, or performance insights within a risk, resilience, or operational context
- Strong understanding of operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management frameworks
- Proven ability to design and deliver dashboards that support strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and client outcomes
