Senior chef required for exciting growing Club group.

Cabra Bowls Group consists of venues in Cabramatta, Bundeena and Malua Bay on the South Coast of NSW.

As the group continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior Chef to join the team at Bundeena CSC. Following the success of our recently developed dining offering, we're looking for an individual who can build on this momentum and contribute to our ongoing growth.

Set in the relaxed coastal village of Bundeena, the menu reflects the area's vibrant culture and diverse community — thoughtfully crafted to appeal to both locals and visitors. It offers a refined mix of well-loved classics and modern fusion favourites, featuring contemporary interpretations of Western cuisine alongside woodfired pizzas, café-style light meals, and inventive desserts.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to make their creative mark on a well-established and fast-evolving dining destination.

Work closely with the venue's Head Chef and Group Executive Chef to deliver excellence and drive continued growth at Bundeena CSC. Your experience means that you'll be able to offer support across day-to-day kitchen operations. Your passion for your craft means that you'll strive to deliver quality and consistency.   • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Trade qualification
