The Role

We're looking for a reliable and organised Pick Packer & Inventory Manager to join us in our Abbotsford warehouse. This is a casual role, perfect for a uni student or someone looking for a flexible schedule, shifts are flexible with a minimum 2-3 shifts per week required ideally Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Shift times range from 2-3 hours and up to 6+ hours in busy periods. We are happy to accommodate for the right applicant.

You'll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly - from packing customer orders with care to managing stock levels and ensuring inventory accuracy.

As a start-up, we value initiative and a "jump in and get it done" mindset. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, you'll thrive in this role.

This role does not required any prior experience, we value attitude and ability over experience. There is potential for further exposure to other areas of the business for the right applicant.

Your Responsibilities:

Order Fulfilment

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch with speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure all orders are presented neatly and shipped on time.

Inventory Management

  • Receive, unpack, and check incoming stock.
  • Keep shelves and storage areas tidy and well organised.
  • Monitor stock levels and flag low or missing items.
  • Assist with regular stock counts and inventory reporting.

Team Contribution

  • Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Provide feedback on stock or packing improvements to help refine our processes.

About You

Must haves:

  • Reliable, organised, and detail-focused.
  • Detail orientated and can follow processes.
  • Able to work independently and manage your own tasks.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving stock.
  • A proactive "get it done" attitude.

Nice to haves:

  • Shopify or eCommerce experience (highly regarded).
  • Experience with MyPost Business, Sendle etc (highly regarded)
  • Experience in a warehouse, retail, or fulfilment environment (not essential)
  • An interest in start-ups, operations, or eCommerce.
