To support the significant growth in the business, we have a vacancy in our Customer Marketing team for a **Marketing Communications Manager**. Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager, this is a pivotal role with cross functional responsibilities, representing marketing widely across the business.

**About You**

We are looking for the right person to join our collaborative team in a dynamic working environment.
- Qualification in Marketing or Business required with ideally 2-3 years experience
- Demonstrated experience in creating strategic and tactical marketing plans
- Able to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Self-motivated, energetic and confident
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills, collaborative attitude with ability and desire to develop long term positive relationships
- Ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks whilst working to agreed timeframes
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Highly organised and a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Fluent in MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint
- Based in Abbotsford (with infrequent travel to Ballarat)

**Your Key Responsibilities**

Lead and manage all Haymes Paint marketing campaigns and communications, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Support the development of customer segmentation, strategy and delivery of resulting initiatives
- Lead the planning and ongoing management and execution of the Go-to-Market calendar
- Lead the planning and development of integrated brand and marketing campaigns that align with sales and marketing objectives across key customer segments and channels
- Lead the development of accurate campaign forecasts and appropriate KPIs, ensuring communication to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics to ensure ongoing effectiveness
- Champion campaign activities with key stakeholders
- Lead and facilitate the communication of marketing initiatives to key internal and external stakeholders
- Develop holistic content plans across digital and social channels, overseeing the co-ordination of content and community management
- Assist with content creation across social media, eDM, website and eCommerce
- Work with the broader Marketing team to deliver marketing initiatives through a number of channels including print, eDMs, SMS, digital, social media and instore digital screens
- Manage the coordination of events, promotions and sponsorship opportunities
- Monitor and report on Haymes Paint and competitor marketing performance
- Invoicing and budget tracking
