This is an opportunity to join the Customer Marketing Team and we are looking for a proactive and collaborative Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive our digital initiatives, support the launch of new digital platforms and continuously optimise our digital presence and performance.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Ecommerce and Digital Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing digital marketing activities across website management, SEO, digital and media, content, social media and campaign support. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver seamless and effective digital experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain website content across platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support the implementation of our new website, including testing, content population and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with our digital media and SEO agency to execute paid media campaigns and search optimisation strategies.
- Monitor and report on digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing insights to support continuous optimisation.
- Identify and contribute to website enhancements through UX and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of ecommerce operations, including product updates, user experience improvements and issue resolution.
- Brief, coordinate and publish digital content across owned channels and social media working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with the customer marketing, colour and product teams to support go-to-market activity from a digital lens.
- Stay up to date with digital trends and bring new ideas to improve performance and engagement.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in digital marketing or ecommerce, ideally in a fast-paced or collaborative environment.
- Experience using content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with external agencies and internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with UX and CRO best practices and a data-informed mindset is highly desirable.
