About the role

In this crucial role, you will lead the warehouse and
distribution teams in increasing productivity, quality and efficiency in our
Operations system. To create and maintain a healthy work environment and
provide support. To ensure daily targets are met and to improve the Operations
system where needed.

Role Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Underwood QLD branch

Hours: Monday –
Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: Regional Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehousing
    and operations managerial level – preferably in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong leadership skills to lead
    warehouse and distribution teams in responsibilities and organizational control
  • Comfortable navigating necessary
    computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep
  • Ability to analyse situations and
    think critically to find solutions and improve internal processes
  • History of compliance with safety
    regulations and best practice safety in a warehouse setting

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all warehousing process,
    stock, inventory and delivery fleet vehicles
  • Lead and support the warehouse and distribution
    team in a fast-moving environment
  • Monitor and ensure effectiveness of warehouse
    equipment and maintenance
  • Follow
    workplace safety and OH&S rules and ensure staff are following as well
  • Ensure goods inwards & outwards
    efficiency and quality control
