About the role

We are seeking 5X Baker to join our bread production team at Noisette Bakery in Dandenong, VIC. This full-time role - Mon- Friday, flexibility on start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM will see you play a key part in creating high-quality, artisanal bread products for our much-loved bakery.

What you'll be doing

  • Production of quality bread and pastry products as listed in the daily production sheet;
  • Calculate and weigh ingredients for all dough types;
  • Mix, scale and mould all bakery products;
  • Be proficient in the use of ovens;
  • Operate bakery equipment and machinery in a safe manner;
  • Read the production sheet and fill in production records as required;
  • Complete baking duties in a timely manner checking quality and minimal waste;
  • Comply to the company Code of Conduct principles, HACCP, Halal and Food Safety guidelines.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial baking experience, preferably in bread production

  • Current Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months

  • Proficiency in dough mixing techniques, fermentation processes, and commercial oven operation

  • Ability to lift up to 20kg, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
