Direct Pallets is part of the Borg Group, one of Australia's leading privately-owned manufacturing and recycling businesses. We have a plan to become an integral supplier of choice for pallets and ancillary products across Australia.

From new and recycled pallets (Australian Standard, Export, UK, Euro, US, and plastic sizes) through to bearers and dunnage, our range is designed to meet every customer need. Working hand-in-hand with our sister company, ReDirect Recycling, which provides innovative and cost-effective wood recovery solutions that help customers reduce landfill and achieve their sustainability goals.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative with proven experience in the pallets or packaging industry to drive our growth across Greater Sydney.

This is not a desk job. You'll be out in the field:

  • Nurturing and growing our existing customer base.
  • Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to customers who rely on your expertise and market knowledge.

You'll play a pivotal role in positioning Direct Pallets as the go-to supplier in the industry, reporting directly to the Head of Direct Pallets and ReDirect Recycling.

What You'll Do

  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key customers.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and call cycles.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities across Sydney.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service.
  • Track activity, pipeline, and results to achieve ambitious growth targets

What You'll Bring

  • Solid sales and account management experience in the pallets or packaging industry (essential).
  • A track record of winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
