Policy Lead

We're looking for a detail-oriented Policy Lead to join our Centre Support Office and help shape, streamline and optimise the processes that drive our organisation forward.

In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across Affinity to:

  • Manage and improve our Process Management System, ensuring accuracy and currency across all business processes.
  • Lead and support process improvements in collaboration with subject matter experts and champions.
  • Provide guidance on process automation and digital forms, helping to enhance efficiency across departments.
  • Monitor compliance systems and dashboards, ensuring meaningful analysis and timely reporting.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal and IT to align processes with regulations, best practices and strategic priorities.
  • Track, analyse and improve the usage, cost, and impact of processes.

Your work will ensure our organisation operates with clarity, efficiency and compliance, supporting Affinity's mission of realising the potential in everyone.

What You'll Bring

  • Solid experience in process mapping and process development.
  • Experience with Nintex Promapp or similar process management tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across the business.
  • High attention to detail, strong digital skills, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as a trusted, supportive team member.
  • Knowledge of the early childhood sector (desirable).
  • Relevant qualification in Business Process Management or a related field (desirable).
