Our Client
Troocoo is exclusively partnered with a leading infrastructure services business to recruit a Procurement Policy & Process Specialist based in Brisbane's inner suburbs. This position is a full-time, permanent opportunity and offers a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days' work from home flexibility once settled into the role.

The Position
The Process & Policy Specialist will support the modernisation and usability of the procurement standards to drive compliance and operational efficiencies that reduce risk and enhance performance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain fit for purpose, use friendly procurement policy and process standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure they understand procurement policies and procedures.
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure strategic supplier activities are aligned with organisational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Implement innovative solutions that streamline procurement processes and reduce costs.
  • Achieve cost savings and efficiencies that contribute to long-term organisational success.
  • Ensure the spend hub is maintained and data is accurately reported.
  • Deliver training to Procurement team members on process changes.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a procurement, strategic sourcing or related position required, ideally in a project environment.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes.
  • Must have excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong, positive relationships with stakeholders across various business units at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
