My client is looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Operations & Facilities Coordinator to lead our warehouse operations and facility upkeep. You'll manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, maintain equipment, and ensure our sites run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee storeroom and warehouse operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory and dispatch systems
  • Coordinate equipment and supply needs for events
  • Manage facility maintenance and contractor work
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Lead and support warehouse and maintenance teams

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in warehouse or facilities management (hospitality/events a plus)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Current driver's licence
  • Current RSA
  • Experience supervising a small team or coordinating contractors.
