About the role
National Facilities Management is seeking experienced Concierge professionals to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk at our high-end site. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and assisting residents, guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handling various requests and enquiries
- Monitoring and maintaining the security and safety of the premises
- Completing administrative tasks such as managing visitor logs and maintaining a tidy concierge area
- Collaborating with the broader facilities management team to ensure a seamless service experience
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or concierge role, preferably in a high-end hotel, residential or commercial setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities to handle a variety of requests efficiently
- Familiarity with local area knowledge and resources to assist residents and guests
- A professional, discreet and courteous demeanour
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
