Storeroom and Facilities Manager

Peter Rowland Group is seeking a motivated and hands-on Storeroom and Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of our busy warehouse and maintenance functions across multiple venues.

In this essential role, you'll manage all ordering, stock control, and logistics, ensuring our teams are fully equipped to deliver exceptional events. You'll lead the Storeroom Supervisor and delivery drivers, manage rosters, and coordinate maintenance and repair work to keep our venues operating at their best.

This is a full-time position within a seven-day operational environment, so flexibility with working days and hours is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, stock management, and compliance

  • Manage ordering, inventory rotation, and supplier coordination

  • Lead and roster the storemen and drivers

  • Coordinate venue maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of the venues

  • Support the Events and Operations teams by ensuring all equipment, supplies, and stock are organised, available, and delivered on time for each event.


What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or facilities management

  • Strong logistics, organisational and leadership skills

  • A proactive, Flexible, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster

  • Current driver's licence essential


This role is based at our Docklands location, with regular travel to our venues as required.
