Step Into Your Next Chapter:

Support students to achieve their potential using evidence-based contemporary speech language pathology knowledge and frameworks to assist schools to identify and make reasonable adjustments and implement inclusive teaching strategies.

Collaborate with schools, the designated supervising Speech Language Pathologist and other service providers to assess barriers to student learning, and develop and implement speech language pathology services and interventions across schools including complex and specialist interventions, where required.

Participate as a member of the school team, in the planning and management of at risk behaviours of students with the aim of preventing the use of restrictive practices.

Provide training and support to other state schools speech language pathologists to build capacity and promote and ensure best practice in speech language pathology service delivery.

Participate in service planning at a whole school and regional level.
