  • Location: Ipswich - Hybrid Role in clinic and community settings
  • Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + PD Allowance + Benefits
  • Support: $2000 CPD Allowance, Weekly 1:1 Supervision with a SP with 30+ Years Experience, informal mentoring from a large team of Senior Speech Pathologists with a collective of 88+ Years experience

  • Salaries starting from $80,000 – $100,000 + Super depending on experience
  • New Graduate Program - 20 weeks
  • Workshadowing Opportunities -observe highly skilled SP at work

  • Gradual increase of caseload - starting with 2 clients a day and increasing over 5 months

Your Role:In this hybrid clinic and community-based role, you'll deliver assessment and therapy services to clients of all ages. Caseloads are generalist and can be tailored to your clinical interests. You'll support clients under NDIS, Medicare (EPC/CDM), Home Care Packages, CHSP, and private funding, working a maximum of 10-25 billable hours across the week depending on your level experience and confidence. 

Areas of service include:Speech and language, Social communication, Literacy and voice, Fluency and AAC, Swallowing, dysphagia, and mealtime management. 

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
