PRD Real Estate is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-orientedSales Administrator to support our growing team and help keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly.

The Role:

As an integral part of a high performing sales team , your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with general duties including data entry, preparing contracts and document management.
  • Preparing and processing marketing materials, property listings, and database updates.
  • Providing timely updates to clients throughout the sales campaign to ensure clear and consistent communication.

  • Managing client and listing data within our CRM to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Upholding our company values and presenting a warm, helpful face to clients and team members

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is confident with computers and has strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Is organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Has a proactive mindset and enjoys being part of a team
  • Has previous experience in an administrative role (real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential)
