The Role

We're looking for Dynamic Sales Professionals who aren't Afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. This is a Warm Inbound and Outbound Telephone Sales role where your Excellent Phone Manner, Persuasive Communication, and Strong People Skills will set you apart from the rest. You will be working in a freshly invigorated office with a Supportive Team and Management to help you Succeed within your role. You will be working Monday to Friday, so the weekends are all yours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Sales Reporting.
  • Exceed Sales Targets through Inbound and Outbound Calls (no cold calling – all leads are warm).
  • Sell our Exclusive Plans to both New and Existing Customers.
  • Handle Renewals at the time-of-service Anniversaries.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service.
  • Perform General Administrative Tasks as required.

  • Experience in customer service and sales (telesales experience is preferred).
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience required.
  • Minimum of 6 months sales experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
