Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Provide administrative support to the property management and sales departments to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Process receipts, prepare daily banking, and complete account sales and settlement transactions
- Assist in the preparation of property listings and sales and property management documents
- Maintain and update contact lists, property databases, and client records. Maintain a filing system for property management and sales documents.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Beneficial, but not required attributes:
- Qualification as an agent's representative
- Experience in processing minor accounts/banking
- Familiarity with Console.
